Introducing The MIB Group IT Manager
— Lyn Milton Davies

Lyn has recently joined the company as Group IT Manager. He is Microsoft Certified and has several years' experience supporting IT systems all over the UK, serving Architects, Call Centres and TV Production suites to name just a few.

In his previous role he was responsible for the migration and implementation of new and exciting IT systems, improving communication and delivering structures that improve output and collaboration, bringing teams together.

Lyn has focused his talents on working with smaller local businesses where he feels the setting is more dynamic and challenging. Bringing with him a structured support process, and enterprise-level support experience, he actively thrives on implementing IT in a new and dynamic way.

As well as being an IT Manager, Lyn is extremely sociable and enjoys event organising and building great working relationships. At Lyn’s previous place of work he would pride himself in running football events as well as evenings out as team building exercises. He also has a 1st Class degree in Media and Communcation, enjoys playing the piano and ran the Bermuda Bermuda Derby Half Marathon on 23 May 2010.

On top of taking on this new role within MIB he is also hard at work planning for his forthcoming wedding to his fiancée of 10 years.
